Information we collect
We may collect:
- your name, email address and the contents of any enquiry you send us;
- any other information you choose to include in correspondence with us; and
- limited technical information used to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of a request, the page requested and security events.
- if you accept analytics, information about pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you found and used the site, collected through Google Analytics. With your consent, we also use Leadfeeder to identify companies visiting this website. It receives your IP address, browser and device information, page URLs, referring information and visit times, and may use a browser identifier. Company matches do not establish which employee visited. Form and video collection are disabled; we do not send names, email addresses or form contents through this integration. Leadfeeder records are held separately under the account and provider retention settings. No information is sent to Zoho through this integration.
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Your message is not submitted to SJH Group through the website. We receive it only if you choose to send the email.
How and why we use it
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and discuss potential or existing work;
- operate, maintain and secure the website;
- understand and improve use of the website, but only if you choose to allow analytics;
- keep appropriate business records; and
- meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations.

We rely on your consent for optional analytics and its browser storage. You can withdraw that consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who we share information with
